+healing question
From the wiki
“Healing Power, also known as Compassion, is a secondary attribute that improves all healing performed by the character, including healing from the regeneration boon and rejuvenation. Healing power does not affect the revival process.
A character’s current Healing Power value can be seen in the tooltip for the Health statistic on the Hero panel.
Healing scales linearly with healing power. Different sources of health gain add different amounts of healing per point of healing power. For instance, each point of Healing Power adds 0.125 healing for Regeneration, 0.06 healing for Rejuvenation. "
Ergo, HP will affect Orb of Light and Empower from staff, as well as Faithful Strike and Symbol of Faith from mace, and the detonation effect from Shield of Absorption from shield. As you can see, the values for Regen and Rejuvenation are not exactly robust, so whether HP is worth the investment or not is debatable.

I think this should be posted on the Guardian forum.
Anyway, I think every healing skill and traits that cause healing, like AH and that heal of dodge, all scale with Healing Power.
Try to check the trait on the wiki to see if it really scale.

Thanks. Maybe a few pieces might help a bit..maybe not the entire set?
Depends on what you are aiming for, you can get +healing from your trinkets or even from runes.

I haven’t tried it on a guard, but I put about 5 pieces of gear with HP on my Necro (for Mark of Blood and Well of Blood, as well as health siphon. After re-gearing with straight Soldier’s, the decrease in actual healing done was negligible. Also, I added 4 or 5 pieces with HP to my ele and her survivability went down compared to Soldier’s.
In group play, there are going to be times when a few extra health healed will make a difference, but that’s all it will be, a few extra health healed.
[…]I was wondering if its worth gearing with +healing.
No.
