not sure of a good place to post this or even if were allowed…. i am looking to buy a tooth of frostfang but i want to do it outside of the tp… 515 is WAY too kitten much.. where would be a good place to search for items to be sold quickly (with gold not cash).
im pretty sure nobody wants to pay the listing fee on something that expensive :P

There is no direct way to trade so someone will have to place a lot of trust on a complete stranger on the internet.

find someone to agree on a special price, then quickly list and buy via the trading post.

I thought the OP wants to bypass the listing fees so the seller is willing to settle for lower prices

I wouldn’t suggest this as it can get sniped even in the seconds between list and buy.

Like all other Precursors there are a lot of people looking to buy them and you are not the only one hoping they can get one cheaper.

Crafted Precursors are supposed to be coming by the end of the year this will lower the price of them by some degree, how much is up to the grocery list on making one.

The best thing you can do at this point is either try to get it yourself (through mystic forge or drops) or put a buy order in and wait till it’s filled (if ever).

Asking on the forums is just an easy way to get scammed.

I’d say just be patient. Within 3 months we’re supposed to be able to make them somehow.

When that time comes the prices will likely drop.

You are just asking to be scammed seeking to buy outside the Trading Post. Just think of all the money you will spend when you have to buy it twice; once off the TP, and then again through the TP. The price seems much more reasonable on the TP, after all.

ANet has already said if you go outside the trading post and get scammed, you won’t get your gold/items back.
