- We’re rolling out our first set of optimizations. This is the first in many steps involved in helping resolve issues with “skill lag.” Some players will experience a slight improvement in skill lag issues with large groups of players, while some players may also experience a slight raise in their FPS.

I just went from 40 fps in swamp fractal to 65. keep it coming

I am more concern to wvw performance, anyone try it out in wvw so far ? Any fps improvement and the skill lag issue was being solved ?

Nope.
Just now Fa vs DB vs TC in SMC which is pretty common for us, and the skill lag was beyond terrible. I mean usually it’s pretty bad, but this time it was worse and this was not even close to some of our other larger fights.

WvW seemed a little less laggy till the server suicided.

This except I didn’t notice any less lag. When the server dies, it still craps it’s hypothetical pants.

And there are some people who would approve of anything this game did even if it set their house on fire, kicked their dog, and stole their car. They are also probably very unhappy on the inside about something.

I highly do not think that true just up to this point ppl have very much overreacted to things in GW2 that was and still is in other mmorpg but they seemed to turn a blind eye to other games problems.

At least the new patch did improve performance for some players. Especially for those with machines barely able to run GW2 on a nice playable speed before.
