how activate health bar
Sorry. I need a little more context. Do you mean how to enable health bars of friendly players like you see them on enemies?

ah that is a tricky one there is no direct option for healthbars always showing
best results you can get is with disabling showing of names or switch back to an old 4:3 monitor so raid interfaces is more in center ;-p sry no idea why GW2 is so bad compared to GW1 in GUI stuff

if you press F11 you get the full options interface. I’m at work right now so I can’t check the exact position, but I’m sure you’ll find it. Im certain its there.
There are also a few hotkeys, like
CTRL+S is sound on and off, I dont know which one’s for life bars I have accidentally used it once, so I know there’s on. Good luck.
If you can’t find it, let me know, I can check ingame at a later time for you
I have yet to find a way. The best you can do is target a player to see their bar.
But here is what i take out of not having that ability.
There is no holy trinity…..so they say.
Give a high healing output elite specialization (why is this needed if the holy trinity should not exist?)
Give no way to have health bars over all party members, so you have to look at the party frames and then guess where they are in the play field around you….
Logic…
No health bar, no way to know whether they suffer from condis.
I’m dreaming for a “close allies” tool that’ll be a little window on the side of the screen. It’d display current health bar as well as condi symbols for, say, 8-10 allies at 1200 range around self. And you could click on their health bars to aim at them, or at their location.
No idea why this isn’t implemented yet. Seems a legit QoL update we should have. Best you can do is spam heals in open world hoping someone in need of healing was in your way. Oh but we have the option to move up/down inventory menu options cause some twitch streamer complained.
