how can i complete world event
Guest to a server where the temple is open..there are plenty of them. Also…the temples aren’t run as much since Tquatl is new. In three, four days, everyone will be running temples again.
Is this a specific World Event or just any of them? If it is a particular one, try guesting on a Very High Population Server and/or playing at different times of the day.
If it is ant, try the Frozen Maw in Wayfarer, Fire Elemental in Metrica or Behemoth in Qoeensdale. Those usually have people. Also say in mapchat that the event is up. There may well be people on the map that will come.
Edit: Oh. It is a Temple. Then guesting on a world where it is open is the solution I use.

I believe the OP is talking about temple events in Orr, since those are the karma vendors you’d actually need.
A problem I don’t think Anet will fix anytime soon. There are many servers with abysmal active players. After the Taco event, I moved this account to Blackgate from my dead server.
