i acidently bought 2 Chauncey von Snuffles III’s from the laurel vendor when i meant to buy the one, and the other pet. is there anyway i can return it for the 75 laurels? although i’ve been playing since release, im still very new to the ins and outs of the game so apologies if im missing something obvious.

In general no, you may be stuck with it.

I’ve seen others post about getting two of the same unique ascended ring (not realizing that you can’t equip two of the same unique items). Most of them tried contacting customer support/submitting a ticket to try to ask for a laurel refund. I don’t know if it will work for you, but you can try.

I don’t think you can return it in game. Try putting in a ticket explaining and you might get it reversed. But generally, I think the reply will be one time deal since it’s a really high priced item.

All in all, it doesn’t hurt to try submitting a ticket. The worst they can say it no, right?

Sadly, a return function is something that’s long overdue for this game. Adding the ability to return something you bought on accident was one of the best quality-of-life changes that came to WoW.

Doesn’t hurt to try support, but usually the result (AFAIK) is that they will only do a one time rollback in the case that it wasn’t user error (an account hack, for example), but I’ve seen them making refunds on things that the user can’t possible use (an extra bank slot when the bank is already upgraded to the max), but I don’t think it’s the case here.

Still, doesn’t hurt to try, worst that can happen is that they say no, which you already have by default if you don’t try..
