how do I get the cultural armour?
also where do I after I boosted my character? do I follow the story? thank you
In Divinitys Reach there are 3 vendors you want the Tier 3 Vendor it will cost a lot of gold though, iirc it is 119g total
Human Cultural armor is in Divinities Reach and WvW. Assassin’s is tier 3 so that means it’s 119 gold for the Divinities Reach set and 50 gold 50 silver plus 2975 wvw badges for the wvw set.
I recommend you not buy it till level 80. You’re going to be getting new gear as you level and you’ll have to use a Transmutation charge each time you get a new piece of armor to keep the look.
that’s a lot of gold! I guess that’s my end game
As was noted above, the cultural t3 sets are very expensive. They also are only rare quality (so, not as good as Ascended or Exotic). If you’re only wanting the set for the skin, then just wait until you’re 80 and have gold to spend on the set.

As for this part, do whatever you prefer. You can do the story. It gives good XP and some loot, or not if you don’t want. While leveling, explore. That’s the main thing, Do events and hearts then check out the heart merchants. They often sell armor and weapons with unique looks that you can add to your wardrobe. Talk to npcs to get lore. Look for jumping puzzles. And have fun.
It should be noted that any races cultural armor can be purchased in wvw as well.
T3 is the most expensive of any cultural tier, but in wvw is half the price of that when purchased in the races home city.
HOWEVER, when purchased in wvw you also need alot badges of honor along with the gold.
Badges of honor are gained by capping camps, towers, keeps etc, but can be hard to gather in the beginning, and will take time to gather all the ones necessary for the wvw purchase of cultural armor. Then again, gathering 120 gold for a Diventitys Reach purchase takes time too.
Just keep in mind that that are a few ways to skin a cat so to say, and if you find an alternate way more suiting, go with it.
Until you find your prefered suit though, there are many areas of the game to explore and cultural armor isn’t necessarily end game.
