As per mentioned in the title thread, I would like to report on a matter of getting wrongfully kicked out of a dungeon at the last part of CoF p2. I have screenshot evidence to be submitted to Anet but i can’t seem to find a link for it. Can anyone direct me to one? Thanks in advance.

I ask for help but I didn’t ask for drama. It’s not even my own guild. It’s 3 guild members from a LFG party. Don’t judge if you don’t know the whole situation. Makes you look like an idiot

I went through tickets myself and this is the official stance apparently:

“As a player myself, I can certainly understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’ve spent quite a bit of time in the dungeon.
Our Live Response team is aware of and actively reviewing issues related to dungeon runs. They recently made a few changes to dungeon mechanics and they’ll continue to do so in an effort to resolve issues. We currently do not have a timeframe for the implementation of any additional changes, but we want to assure you that the situation you described is a known concern and is under active dev assessment.”

Read: We don’t punish kickers but we don’t like them so we’ll implement a solution sometimes in the future.

I seriously hope the LFG tool will let us give feedbacks to players we play with.
If players are bad we can give negative feedback else positive so when I invite someone I know what kind of person I’m dealing with.

Terrible idea. That’s just like online product reviews, or the Google Play ratings. Rarely accurate and highly subjective.

Short answer is they dont care, they wont do anything, so dont waste your time.

This has been sent to support hundreds of times, nothing gets done.

“doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

So dont be insane and just carry on with your life.

FYI this exact senario is why i dont bother with dungeons unless im friends of 3 members of the party and we only have 1 pug.

They don’t care, or they don’t have the man-power to actively investigate what would likely be hundreds of claims, maybe thousands.

There are support issues that have to be taken care of, as a priority. This isn’t one of them. If they had zillions of support guys sitting around doing nothing, they’d have time to investigate this sort of thing. But to expect it?

Maybe people don’t realize how time intensive this would be.

Sounds like they kicked you at end to replace with a friend? Maybe aim for extra random groups and avoid full guild groups that aren’t your guild, or create the grp or dungeon yourself. Isn’t really anything you can do about it~ write them or even their guild onto your **** list.

If you are pugging always start the dungeon or go with a friend and have them start it. Solves so many problems.

Op I’m sorry this happened to you and I hope you don’t have another experience like that. I have found most GW2 players to be extremely nice but there are some very mean players.

With millions of players, I’m sure things like this happen a lot and it would take a huge amount of manpower to investigate each case.

They will have to come up with an in game way to try and prevent this.

I had a group of actually stop at the end and demand I give each of them a few gold or they would kick me. I did not even bother to report it as it was not worth the effort or my time, but it is 1 of the many reasons I do not play with any pugs ever.
