http://www.guildwars2.com/en/ → Support → log in and “Ask us a Question” to open a ticket.
You will get an answer by email within the hour
Thats the route what has caused me problems. is their any other emails addresses what i can inquire, complain and start a dispute.
Here on the forums, go to Support > Account Issues. Post in the thread “Tickets for Review (3 days and older) [merged]”.
