Guild Wars 2

we are a new guild, and have finally unlocked tier 6 for everything. we are trying to queue missions so we can do them, but to unlock them you need merits. i have scrubbed the list many times and have no idea what the guild can do to obtain merits so we can finally unlock our missions and kick this guild off? suggestions would be very helpful, as the internet has failed us in this knowledge.

You have to start with the Bounty Training and Bounty (not trek; my bad), which cost no Merit to unlock and build. Once you start doing Bounties (not training), you start earning Merits.
