I’m remember Anet saying at some point they want to buff conditions in general, (though I highly doubt it will be any time soon), and they should, right now there is far to much condition remover and whether it is pve, pvp or wvw conditions just do less dmg.
so my idea on how to fix it is make condition remover the only way to avoid the condition. what I am saying is any attack that someone evades or is invulnerable to or whatever the condition goes through, they take no damage from the attack, but the condition pushes through. that way condition remover is the only way to avoid damage. also adds in a new gameplay element in that if you think someone is just going to evade your attack anyway, throw on a condition so at least it does something.
in PVE that would still help, because I can think of a few boss fights that the boss is just invulnerable for half the fight. that way groups wouldn’t shun out any condition builds because they could continue to do damage even when all the power builds can’t. let me know what you guys think…
