few more run and im done with fractal unless a ring drops. i done 3 weeks non stop daily run and not once a ring drop for me. i seen people got 3 or 6 rings already but i have none.

is this to much to ask, i done a fair share of hardwork finishing fractal i haven’t receive a reward on all of it.

If you’re not having fun doing it, then don’t do it! Dont understand why this has to be explained. If you don’t like doing fractals and are only doing it for rewards, then do something in-game with your time that is REWARDING.

of course im only doing fractal for rewards. if ony arenanet isn’t kitten enough to add fractal items on pvp then i wont even bother doing pve at all.

NO! Get back to Grinding away in the supposed least grind in an MMO game.

it kinda grindy since fractal RNG is to unfair. 19 days and not 1 drop(ring). that is just unfair.

Yup,
It is awful and a very bad mechanic and they dont care. No communication nothing.
For a we dont make grindy games sure kinda like a big grind.

I havent gotten one yet either, so you’re not alone. I also hope, they implement fractal gear across other areas of the game as soon as wintersday. I hope they are working feverishly to get this in. While I love fractals, I definately don’t want to run them every day and I definately dont want to grind them out.

This game is probably the MOST grindy game I have ever played, even before the Nov 15 patch. I was fine with dungeon grinding for dungeon sets, and grinding/farming out mats for legendaries. But grinding for the new “best in slot” is so terrible and utterly boring. It is not fun and I hope that this is fixed soon.

One more thing: While I respect arenanet when they address some of our concerns via an AMA or an interview/panel, they cannot tell me that this is NOT a grindy game. Always has and will be. They set out to not make a grindy game, and that is exactly what it is. Grindy. They can say all they want that it isnt. But this consumer thinks differently and it is my opinion, and the rest of you, that matters…not what arenanet thinks is a grind because guess what? The customer is always right.

Good thing there’s no grind in GW2…wait.. oh darn. Fooled again!

The main reason to play a game is to have fun.
Why play it when you feel like its a job day in & day out.
Loads of stuff to do in game that is fun other than FoTM.
This game is not a grind! It is made to have fun!

Its the kind of progress you progresspeople all whined for. Now stop whining and deal with it!

You do realize that you only need to do level 10 once a day?
The rings drop from the daily chest at the end of killing the Jade Maw.
The drop chance is around 10-20% as you’ll notice 1 party member will get a ring almost every time.
Either you’re doing random levels hoping for a drop from a random mob or something, you’re trolling, or you’re the unluckiest mothercat in the world.

Don’t you understand it yet? You are the reason of your own suffering. The more you play only-for-reward, the more only-for-reward gameplay(aka grind) they will put into the game. They assume you are happy about what you play. They don’t and can’t care if you really are happy about what you are doing. It is like a buffet. They have to serve more on whatever people eat most, no matter they or the customer like it or not Why make it grindy? Because people do grind.
