why did u make that unfair kicking engine?
someone was rage on me for some resson and was asking him if he is a 10 years old kidd and they kicked me from the dungeon when we was at the end.
why Anet not banning ppl for that? srsly i wasted 1 hour for dungeon for get kick for no resson….

Even if the OP did something that justified kicking, doing so at the end of a dungeon is poor taste no matter how you look at it.

Nope it is actually one of the most satisfying things you can do to players who are just disrespectful. Especially when it comes to dungeon tactics if he autoattacks most of the time and yet still gets through the dungeon because the other 4 people compensate his skill he clearly didn’t earn the dungeon end reward. Next time he will try to do better and will earn the reward the right way.

I’m personally quite fond of the kicking feature, and the only time I don’t feel it’s alright is when someone gets booted for the sake of the group majority bringing a Guild member in for the last boss, in which case, that’s reportable and a gross misuse of the system.

Kicking on the last boss if someone is being disruptive, and you don’t care to tolerate it, in my opinion is entirely justified, that’s what the system is there for, to get rid of someone who is either stopping the run from progressing, or just generally annoying everyone in the group.
Just because it’s the internet doesn’t give someone a free pass to have no consequences to their actions.

In the end, don’t make snide comments back at people, or give someone a reason to boot you and it wont happen.

Party leader starts kick voting. If party leader is afk for x minutes, revert to the old system.

There. Fixed. Next.

While I can appreciate the frustration of the OP (taking the story at face value here), I don’t think that ArenaNet is responsible for the behaviour of others, nor is it there job to police this beyond gross infractions of the ToS.

Making the party kick system require more than 2 votes would no doubt help, but it’s never going to solve the problem of a group of 4 kicking the 5th for a guildie.

Best advice I have: be polite, friendly, and play as best you can. Help people when they need it, and listen to those who are willing to help you. For every one who behaves like this, there will be one less jerk out there, and the community will be better for it.

Set an example for others.

Kick system could be disabled when near a boss, or near the end boss.

If someone is disruptive, kick them right away. Waiting until the end of the dungeon is abuse and should be answered with a temp ban.
