Hello, i want to start playing GW 2 again but first i got 2 questions/

1. if i delete all my characters am i able to switch servers without any cost?

2. if answer to question 1 is “yes” then what european server would be the best to go to(most populated etc.)

1 Yes.

2. I am biased, so I’ll not answer that. But you might want to specify what things interest you the most. Best server depends on having people of similar interest around, not just having a lot of people.

Well, Garambola may be right to some extent, nevertheless, a number in MMO games plays a vital role. What role?

1) Succesful and enjoyable WvW

2) Lots of guilds/people to team up with

3) Succesful PvE, i.e. Tequatl and Wurm events, also “exotic” world bosses done on daily basis

As with everything, there are also some drawbacks of large populations, e.g. queues on WvW, overflows at WBs etc. etc. Nevertheless, I do honestly believe that the advantages overwhelm the disadvantages, and I’m pretty sure lots of people would agree with me.

With regards to the most enjoyable EU servers, generally speaking, ( as understood above, advantages flowing from e.g. large population ), I’d recommend the following servers:

a) French speaking – Visunah Sq.

b) Spanish speaking – Baruch’s Bay

c) German speaking – Elona Reach

c) International – Desolation, Gandara, Aurora’s Glade
