So I’ve been watchibg Dragon ball Super(I know right). You can already see where I am going with this, well why not have an item that lets you have hair like flames or ghostly hair like th AC weapons skins. Idk if they have decided against it or it be too hard still a cool idea! What kinda hair effect would you want to see?
