Would you rather them add entirely new classifications of utility skills or expand upon what we currently have? Classifications are groupings of similarly functions utility skills (signets, traps, glyphs, shouts, etc). Bear in mind the former would require new traits to be added to the game in some form or another, and thus would be more difficult to implement and balance.

I think I speak for every human being on this planet and any possibly-existing space aliens when I say that there is no need to add new utility skills before they fix the ones we already have. While many of my Thief utilities have some use (several are still useless), I would venture that 50% of my Elementalist’s utilities are completely worthless.

If thieves venoms are still useless unless massively traited for and traps still crap tier, i’d rather them just add a new tree.

If they fix those kind of issues for every class then i think a mix of both world wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I would rather they add new skills to the current classifications. For the ele they could add a new arcane, signet, or glyph that could be stun breaker so people don’t have to take a cantrip.
