im already on Artificer level 400. but i can’t discover it
(not showing 2 Mithril Plated Dowel)

Berserker’s Mithril Imbued Inscription, you need to buy a recipe from the, Master Artificers or Master Huntsmen or Master Weaponsmiths. (cost 672karma)

Mithril plated dowel should automatically be available
