I will write in this topic all my ideas about useful adds or changes to the game.
1- Build save: before Gw2 I was playing Gw where you had the possibility save your builds with different names and load them when you needed them. It would be awesome to see the same thing in Gw2! It’s nice that you can change your skills with a click, but if you have to change the traits, the skills and the armor it could take several minutes. I always try to write down the good combinations but sometime I’m in a rush and I can’t do it and the next time I have to read all the traits again to reset the build as it was that time.
2- Asuran Ears and Norn beards: This is something that always bothered me of the game aesthetic. Norn beards ans especially Asuran ears sometime are hidden by some headgears. I think that for the Asura, having the ears showing is a must, I heard a lot of other people saying “meh I’d love to wear that hood on my asura but it will look like E.T.” and they are right! There are a lot of old and new headgear that I want to use but hide my character ears…please Anet, make all the Asuran ears visible on each headgear, if not the old ones at least the new ones (Gas mask skin!!!). No one will ever care if they are just clipping through, and if you really want to make everyone happy put an option like the headgear or the shoulders armor to let us choose if we want tem to show or not. PLEEEASE!!
3- Old living history and events pack: The possibility to unlock (with some gems maybe?) old events missions like the “Mad Memories” to unlock the backpack and skins that you missed. The unlock process could be even through killing some boss or finding pieces of a portal to go in the past.
