How can i make my Infinite Gathering tools accountbound?

I bought mine at the time when they where soulbound but now i would like to have them account bound is there a way ?

Visit a black lion weapon specialist in any city, and they will exchange your soulbound gathering tools for account bound ones.

You can talk to one of the black lion npc next to the tp agents. I forgot which but there are only two anyway. Make sure you have the tool unequipped when you talk to the NPC. There will be a tab that lets you exchange the soulbound tool for the account bound version.
