been seeing this for some time now when i go on the queensdale bridge some times it is there other times it half there and yet other times it is not there at all. makes you wounder is this a new plot twist coming or a bug maybe or anet having a little fun yet again . i seen no one posting or asking about this so iam . just like to hear what others think it is a new plot twist or anet having fun . as for me i think it is anet testing out some new way to put in and take out items of the game but that is just my thinking on this .

Yea, it’s part of a event where bandits raid the bridge.

This is event decor. Those sandbags are in defense of centaurs or bandits.

i can buy that . just seams out of place tho every time i go by it and only see half of it or like in this pic . for a bit i kinda thought maybe anet was planning something new to do with the centaurs and or bandits trying to storm divinity,s reach or something on that lines
