Regen doesnt stack in effect unless listed as so on skills, and it only stacks by duration by a few seconds.

also its on DR it seem so it can be totally canceled by new regen boons added to the duration.
it increases by +Healing
but seem pointless since it can be easily removed by the DR of the boon.

most classes dont have other kinds of support heals, which leads to many cases of regen falling off due to the DR.

Regen is my favourite form of healing for some reason, at least in PvE.
Ever since the first Final Fantasy games (the 2d ones lol) I loved it.

In GW2 it works pretty well even without healing power (with it, it becomes pretty strong).

I’m aware there are some bugs with it, if you find any report them.

regen never stacks that way anyway, its only duration. its passive healing over time.

you can’t ever have “5 stacks of regen” the same way bleeding works..
seems to work fine for me. 0.125 health power x 130 (at 80th) doesn’t increase that much, but every little bit helps over time.

Regen counters pressure. nothing wrong with it.

The only thing I could see wrong with regen in its current state is how one’s lousy regen boon can make one other’s stronger healing regen boon get overwritten in potency.

But that’s a complex in its own right.

it doesn’t overwrite it, duration boons/conds work in a FIFO queue, the first regen/burn applied is attributed to the person who cast it, and takes into account their stats, then it goes to whoever applied it second including their stats and so on.

if you had 3 seconds of regen healing for 100 hps, and someone added another for 2 seconds healing 50 hps, you’d heal for 400 health over 5 seconds, the first 3 seconds you’d regen 300 hp, then for 2 more seconds you’d regen for another 100.
