Hay, i wans wandering if any knew when the January content update was coming, i mean we are close to the middle of the the month and theres nothing on the site regarding whats the new event will be

They said that the Jan patch will just be something to get the game ready for the Feb patch (which is all the content). So I don’t think they’ll even bother announcing its ETA, unless it does have content.

A high level summary for the first part will be introduced in the next few weeks.

Pretty sure somewhere else CJ said that it was currently going through localisation.

i’ve seen a podcast with some of the people of anet, in jan-march they plan to put (this is whats been told, probably other stuff too): custom arenas and guesting, probably revamp of lots of bosses (meaning funnier battles), another fractal, dungeon finder, stuff -not mentioned- on WvW (and -working on it, uncertain if it will be or not- eliminating the problem of invisible people), and lots of thing to strengthen the world pve and make it more desirable and enjoyable to play.

That’s all i know. Such a shame they dont put a 3v3 in pvp or something like that, but i think this a lot. As they said, this months are planned to seal the core leaks of the game. By the end of the year i think gw2 will be fabulous.
