as the topic, just temporarily shut down the game til you figure out how to deal with it? people will b**** and complain, but theyd be happier with the game down and they can play something else, instead of logging onto a game that just stops and then they nerd rage at that

Yeah I think so too – but not everyone is experiencing the lag.

I think you place far to much faith in people.

i’ve tried to see if it ended a few times, and literally everyone i was seeing, across multiple maps, were lagging, every single one of them

but that is just for the areas i was around

it would probably be better for the whole of the game for this

even if there are a few people not getting effected, at some point they have, or will, and they will just complain along with everyone that are already being effected

who knows, it might even stop the attacks, since there will be nothing to attack?

um… i have no issues at all. and i have no cable. please don’t take away my only entertainment!

But seriously, I saw an epic effort to try to down Jormag tonight in spite of the lag and disconnects people were experiencing. I say kitten the DDOS! It’s not going to stop us from playing!

It was really bad at some point yesterday. Considering that the same thing happened 2 weeks ago, is it possible that the new patch reverted lag fixes we got in that time?

I agree, I was part of the effort to kill Jormie in that attempt, after 3 complete disconnects and a spawn into an empty map, I started the fight again on my own. Gradually a lot of frustrated players joined in a we took that baby down with 3 minutes to spare

Probably the most fun and challanging Jormie fight I’ve had since the megaservers were released
