So, I just spent 1M karma on 24 exotic temple armors to turn them via mystic toilet into 6 sellable armors.

My profit is something between 14-15g. In conclusion, I don’t recommend you to spend karma on armors, but rather buy orrian boxes. Guy in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arhlZAsoZO0 spent only 780K karma and got back 26g.

I really don’t recommend selling karma. Karma is actually pretty hard to get. It just doesn’t seem that way because you often don’t spend it and it accumulates rather slowly.

Imagine you spend 1.5 million karma and then Arenanet releases a bunch of new karma items that are valuable? It’s gonna be hard to get that karma in a reasonable time frame (especially since Plinx farm was nerfed a long time ago)

On a side note, it’s very efficient to save the karma from the jugs. Karma itself is not transferrable between characters but the jugs are. They are pretty cheap solutions for armor if you decide to craft-level a new character to 80 and want lvl 80 exotic gear.

I’ve got 30 clovers to go. Then I’ll be converting all my karma to gold either through orrian boxes or armors.

You can gain karma effortlessly by doing almost anything. The currency itself is too easy to acquire therefore I think there will never be an item that Arennet will release in the future that can be bought with Karma.

The only thing that can make Karma more valuable is if they reduce the rate at which people can acquire it. They have tried to do that in the past and you remember what happened?

The video shows exactly what’s wrong with these boxes, that was like 1 out of every 6 he was getting an item from what I saw. It’s a very bad RNG system because of the sheer waste. If these had been boxes one purchased or had from a 1 time deal people would be up in arms about it more I think but since it’s only karma people are like oh well….we’ll just keep getting those grey shells and not think about it.

The crafting bags for laurels are just as bad. I tried them both they have REALLY aweful drops most of the time, complete waste of currency.

I don’t play alts, got bored with every each of them after few levels.. Besides my main beloved guardian I have 34 warrior, 57 engineer and I don’t really feel like leveling them. And if some new karma items come out..well, I am not kind of person who has to have everything new from the day 1. So I pretty much knew why i spend all my jugs and experimented with it.

I like this since I have lots of karma and I wan’t to spend it :P

But I have tried it but stopped since it feels like an exploit, so my question is; is it?

I’ve never done it, but I enjoy the term “mystic toilet”.
