Like JaFW said there is a thread for requesting that type of thing.

If it helps any I think that was re-released a while ago, so it may pop up on sale some time here. Either that, or it’s highly likely all the DE 2.0 skins will come back when the LS/HoT picks up again

Plus, everything returns to the gem store at some point. I think Kasmeer’s Staff has been offered twice, maybe three times; I’m sure we’ll see it again.
