So i’ve been wondering, how do the legendary weapons fit in the GW story/history.
were they crafeted by the gods, or weilded by uber beings?

How does Treahern change a light bulb?

I guess by gathering the required materials, with the right gift/precursor to indicate which legendary you want, Zommoros (a djinn) uses his “mystic” powers to craft a legendary.

Djinns never has this power in GW1 though, but so many things have already been retconned so it doesn’t matter anyway.

Sorry for the typos….

Currently we do not have any lore on Legendary weapons (unfortunately)

There’s a few guesses that can be made, for example:
Eternity/Sunrise/Twilight is wielded by the High Priest at the end of the Gates of Arah meta event, so we can make the assumption that it holds some sort of importance with the Gods
Frostfang seems like it has something to do with Jormag
Flameseeker Prophecies is self explanatory
Kudzu is possibly a Sylvari thing
The Moot may have connections to the norn
Kraitkin is obviously a krait thing
The Minstrel is probably a reference to the Minstrel ‘profession’
Incinerator and The Predator appear to be of charr origin
The Juggernaut possibly has connections to fractals and the collosus (check the design and reference other fractal designs, also take a look at the Collosus in Cliffside and the hammer precursor name)

That’s just a few. I’d suggest heading to the lore section of the forums, they can probably give a better answer.
