I’m currently working on hope. After all the posts etc about fail events I thought you don’t need them anymore. Well I was wrong. I’ll stop now with the collection after waiting many hours on many weekends for the event to spawn the champ icebrood quaggan to fail.

A-Net why?? Please this is just 100% pure pain and not even close to be fun or a “journey”.

As of 7/26/16, defeating any Champion Icebrood Quaggan with a Pure Crystalline Phial in your inventory will produce this item.
Champion Icebrood Quaggans also spawn on the eastern ledge during the second phase of Defeat the Claw of Jormag.
