which is nicer?

lidless eye is the non-upgraded version
eye of rodgort is the upgraded version with a red aura

i find lidless eye without the aura very appealing.

what do you guys think?

i’m thinking of giving it to my character below: which version will be better for him?

i already have lidless eye. but not sure if i should spend another 200 gold to upgrade it to eye of rodgort.

will the additional aura suit him?

I personally prefer Lidless because the aura on Rodgort obscures the eye (which should be the main focus of the weapon imo).

I made both the Lidless Eye and the Eye of Rodgort. The Lidless Eye was always just a waypoint to getting the Eye of Rodgort, which to me is far nicer and definitely suits the necro theme weapons.

Got a spare 250 powerful blood? Upgrade the Lidless Eye today!! It’s all about skins, and whatever taste you have as to what you want to do with the skins you acquire.

“Nicer” is subjective. Maybe upgrade it and see which you like better. If you prefer Lidless Eye, then transmute it back. You’ll still have unlocked both skins.

Also I suggest having Malefacterym for the dagger if you’re going for that sort of thing.

Just upgrade and sell it. That’s what I did, I still have the lidless eye skin and I made a bit of money (don’t know if it’s still profitable).
