No. It resets on Tuesday 9 February, at whatever time ANet releases the next update. That is most likely to be between 9 AM and noon Pacific Time. (In the 3+ years since launch, a few releases have taken place in the afternoon, Seattle time, and just one or two after 5 pm.)
