Imho there shouldn’t even be “underwater” and “land” weapons. A spear is very much a land weapon too anyway. So in my opinion, they should just make all weapons useable in either land or underwater and restrict them per profession instead. I’d love to wield the kraitkin in land.

Yeah when I was following the game pre release, I thought the 3 underwater weapons would just replace the weapons that don’t really work conceptually underwater (torch, guns/bows) but no… 3 weapons only underwater AND half my skills disabled, meh T_T

Engi speargun would work on land, it fires missiles :P And kits and necro minions work underwater so there’s no excuse why conjured weapons and ele minions shouldn’t.

They could make new skills for the underwater weapons we have now on land, and also underwater skills for say, Greatsword or Staff.

I just think they should make the underwater ones far more affordable/less work to produce.
