Be warned, when you finish tier 1 on any legendary , under the new mastery system ,Do NOT open/double click on the recipe you get after you open the chest unless you are on a character that can actually craft that item. It is misleading because it lists 3 crafts that the recipe can be crafted with(which actually has more than 1 recipes), And you DO NOT get physical recipes to give to the correct crafter. I have lost 6+ hours, 5gold, 10k karma and cant unlock the collection again with another 5 gold and 10k karma ( it is flagged red saying I already have it unlocked), too kittened of to waste another 5 gold to see if it unlocks again). I unlocked mine with my weapons crafter only to realize I needed to unlock it with an artificer an am now missing 2 of the 3 recipes. don’t have the time or money to double learn artificer on another toon.Too frustrated to play anymore, an this game doesn’t have anyone or anyway to report it and get help fixing it.

Actually there’s this thing Where you do a support ticket. You could ask for another recipe they would probably send you one. Support is pretty good about this kind of stuff.

Since you’ve finished the tier 1 collection, you can now but the reward from the vendor that sells you the collection unlock item.

Yeah, as said above, you can buy a new chest from the vendor on a different tab for only 10k karma. You aren’t actually out anything except that karma, you don’t need to spend any more gold or redo the collection.

On the very screen where you typed this post, look up at top of screen, there’s a SUPPORT tab. Click that. On the next screen at the top right there’s a Submit Request button. Click that.

yeah , if you logon to the character with right crafting profession, you can reclaim the box from master crafter hobb.

happened to me. i got the box for the chosen experiment on my ele which doesn’t have weaponsmith. it says the box is account bound with 3 crafting profession on it so i opened the box with my ele, and kitten, when i logon to my warrior which is the weaponsmith the recipe is not on that character. kitten this kitten, so i leveled up weaponsmith on my ele to 450, spending 30+ gold, only to find out later that i can reclaim the box on my weaponsmith warrior by talking to master crafter hobb.

well, sometimes you learn a lesson a hard way…
