I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this question. But today in WvW i saw a thief wearing thigh high boots. Does anyone know what that footwear may be called?

Need more details. If it was Human male it could have been T3 Cultural boots.

human female. The top of the boots were slanted

hmm think they are the CM boots.

Hertiage boots is the only thing that comes to mind with a slanted looking top slight thigh high-ish.
