In the demo, follow the story until you come to a burning village. There you can interact with Raptors to mount, and when you’ve finished that step you’re gifted the mount and can use it anywhere.
At that point, click the icon to the right of your skillbar or press the assigned keybind (default X) to mount.
You do not even have to finish the story in the beta. Exit the instance and you can instantly use the mount with X key (you are not properly given the mount in such case but it still works).
