nerfed home instance quartz node?
Got a charged one from it just yesterday. I’d say you’re just having some bad luck. Honestly, if you’ve been getting 6-10 out of it normally, I’d say you’re overdue for it.

To the best of my knowledge, the only number between 6-10 that is possible to get would be 8, and you certainly wouldn’t get that every day. But no, nothing has changed. Got a charged crystal today.
The Watchwork and Candy Corn nodes regularly give you 6-10, because each strike gives you 2-3 sprockets / candy corn. My guess is that you’re mistaken and thinking of one of those nodes instead of the Quartz.
Quartz does not and never has given multiple harvests per strike. Each strike gives you 1 Quartz Crystal by default, with a rare chance to give you either a stack of 5 quartz or a single charged quartz as an additional bonus.
Unless you’re really, really lucky getting that bonus 5 every day.

My personal best was 2 charged crystals plus the bonus 5 in one day with my own home instance node. Before that, I didn’t even know it was possible to get a bonus roll more than once. Haven’t gotten another roll like that since, so I’m chalking it up to extremely rare fluke.

Pretty sure the home node has always given either 1 or 5 Quartz or 1 Charged Quartz if your lucky.
The normal drop is 3 quartz
