Guild Wars 2

Greetings!

I love to use the emotes ingame, most of them are pretty good animated and look realistic or hilarous!

But I’m missing a “skillbar” for the emotes, like in most other games. It would help with a short fast emote, especially in wvw, where you may accidently be stucked in the chat window >_>

I also would like to see a few more, almost must have emotes:

• /facepalm
• /clap (excited)
• /noobclap (slowly, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AkVzwlXCS8)
• /siton (ON a chair and not INTO it T_T that’s a serious first world mmo problem!!!)
• /talk (just talk random stuff)
• /sayX (X for hi, bye, let’s go, wait, help me, follow, stack here, etc)

I would REALLY enjoy some more conversations with sound. It also would help in combat when you have no time to type but a fast mouse click can say “stack here”.

You’re talking about roleplaying support for a game that does not support roleplaying.

Believe me I’m just as sad about it as you are, but it doesn’t seem to be on ANets agenda at any level.

GW2 could have been one of the best roleplaying MMOs ever, but ANet chose to ignore that part of the player group.

Some are already possible, but “chat only”
/emote makes a facepalm.
/emote claps.
/emote says X

However, +1 for quick command/emote panel for parties (Wait/Help/Stack/Run/Back etc)

That was yet another thing I miss from City of Heroes. Click on an emote’s name to see a little animated gif of the emote.
