Guild Wars 2

The devs said that a new merchant will come in Tyria and we should keep our Blade Shards. I don’t have much of them but it’s some spots in the bank for nothing.
When the merchant will come?

Asked multiple times, no answer from devs, short answer: Soon™.

I would assume they simply added it to the patch-notes in order to tell people that it will happen, so they don’t throw away their stuff and then whine about not being told about a merchant coming.

My guess is that it will turn up at the start of Season 2.
