the reason for expertise is the exact same reason why anet released power and condition duration together in a trait line. You would use the condition duration so you have more time to set up your burst on your target

healing power

why exclude toughness and vitality
1) we dont actually want to create a stat set that is clearly to strong
2) healing power is more neutral than toughness and vitality and is more focused on support
3) it is important to keep both power and condition on celestial because it needs to be the jack of all trades master of none

I’m not a fan of these new 4+ stat combos, tbh. I’m an oldschool person and I would sell my soul for power-toughness-con.dmg…

I use toughness in a lot of my builds, and I drop way less often then those who don’t bother with it at all. HoT has demonstrated that ANet is trying to break player reliance on glass-cannon builds. Also, I don’t think that more variety of glass-cannons is as useful as other possible combos. So, I’ll stick with my toughness gear as well as my hard-earned Celestial. Thanks, though.

P.S. If you do think those combos would fit your play style better, then I do hope you get them (or some non power-creep version)… they just don’t fit mine.

Same here! -high five- Toughness is so underrated it makes me cry.

Not convinced on the name, but I’d love that scavenger set.
Power/Fero/prec/ condi duration?

Would be nice to have:
Power/Fero/prec/boon duration too.

The PvE power creep would be incredible however.

You could achieve this with a mix of zerker and zealots ( with 1-2 assassins to tweak prec up if you really wanted to) though?
