im just reading over things and i cant see this information. if this is true, man this could ruin some builds :/

Anet stated that about 50% of the current bonuses available will be rolled into classes base stats or traits.

From the look of things, you will not be able to spec into additional boon duration or similar stats unless there is a specific trait providing that boost.

For details, wait until they do a class preview and remember, all numeric values are subject to change.
