Is there Any chance we’ll get new weapon types in the future? And what new weapon would you like to see?
I’d love to see a whip,like in castlevania games, it would be so kitten. I know we’ll get something likea swordwhip, but I want a full fledged whip.

Doubt it, they have enough issues dealing with the balancing of the current weapons. In some alternative universe they do add weapons, it’s going to be way farther off than you think.

I seem to recall a statement where Anet expressed a preference for expanding existing weapons to all classes before adding new weapons.
