when i look at the list of legendary weapons they seem to be more in line and look with most of the classes but as for which of the weapons that necros can use i don’t see one among them that fit the look of what a necromancer would use in terms of looks and visuals . is there any plans for arena net to go ahead and make more legendarys ?

Kraitkin is the only one that fits the “theme” of a necromancer and you can’t even use it as a staff skin.

Still by far one of my favorite legendary weapons in terms of appearance.

Frostfang works.

I think it’s possible that the necromancer ’ s presence in the game is blatantly a bug.

Legendary are supposed to be whimsical so it’s not suprising there is no necromancer themed one.

I use the Dreamthistle Staff skin on an ascended staff. Looks great, works fine, same stats as Bifrost. I’ve got Bifrost on my elementalist where it definitely “fits” better.

Deathwish is a good skin as is Final Rest for a necro staff.

I still wish they would bring in the GW1 skull staffs for necros…….

Yeah Frostfang works really well, specially if you are human, since Grenth is the human god of death and ice.

Incenerator also work pretty well for a necromancer.

So of the 5 weapons the necro can use on the ground. 2 of them work, 2 of them don’t work at all (staff and scepter) and the final one, the Warhorn could work. Its more of a wild hunt/animal theme, but its dark and can fix the necro.

What about engineer’s legendaries having no effects unless you’re actually using the weapons? There is no real engi build(read:good) that doesn’t use kits. In any game type.

uhmm, there are 2 skull staffs….forgot the names but one of them actually looks quite close to the death staff from GW1.

the one that would fit the necro is twilight, sadly necro’s can’t use the GS or it would be a perfect fit.

A Meteorlogicus that stayed permanently night would be suitable.

Dusty Moon beat me to Deathwish, which I have on my necro. Looks awesome, although her tendency to stroke the staff is a bit odd. The Wayward Sceptre from the Hall of Monuments is a very good fit to Necros.

The Crossing is also a good staff skin for necro.

Marjory’s weapons are basically necro reskins of incinerator and frostfang.

I think almost every legendary is pretty dang ugly. Even if I had one, I would not be using the original skin.
