Guild Wars 2

I’ve been playing since release on and off. I love the game, i love the lore, but this still feels like most other mmo’s out there. It still isn’t guild wars. I guess I am bitter they stopped developing the original, i put a lot of time into it developing my Heroes and my characters, devising ways to solo crazy missions with specially customized heroes. I wish GW2 had that same feeling.

I will of course buy GW2 Heart of Thorns but i feel the old game is lost….

And with which money should they develop the old game? It probably generates less money than it costs at the moment and have done for years.

I still don’t get why people that love Guild Wars 1 so much, simply don’t go and play Guild Wars 1 (I do, it is after all possible to play more than one game at a time). Another thing is that people always seems to forget all the flaws of the original game. It had (and still have) many issues, but for some reason those issues can easily be disregarded, while even the slightest issue in Guild Wars 2 is the worst thing ever.
