Well even in the video the guy calls it an exploit when bypassing the champ. So yeah, it probably can get you banned if you abuse it.

Looks like a pretty obvious exploit to me. I reported him and the exploit, I suggest you do the same.

The skip is obviously and exploit. But just farming that over and over legitimately is not. I doubt he makes that much gold from it though.
