I tend not to care as much. It drops sometime between when I go to work and when I get home. Outside of reading initial reviews or not it does not really matter to me how long the patch is sitting there waiting to download.

You mean when there was a Blizzard in Seattle that prevented people from reaching ANet HQ to work on the release? Other than that, there’s never been a scheduled release that was “delayed” — most release at 9-10 am ANet time, a few 10am-noon, and even fewer in the afternoon. But they’ve never promised the time; only the date.

Which might be an hour before midnight in the EU, like Rising Flames was. Barely made it on the designated date. I’d rather they give us an exact time a few days before. Then afterwards, if it’s delayed, give us a notification on that as well.

Living in europe myself, I understand the frustration when it launches late our time, but it would be impossible to launch within the same date worldwide.

When they give a date, that practically have to relate to local time for them.

Patch notes are up. New build in a couple of mins.
