SO I was browsing through the forums and saw a bunch of posts showing pics of obvious bots, and people crying for someone to do something about it. I noticed that despite whatever evidence you show or what effort the OP makes, their threads are closed and met with a repetitive and seemingly “bot” reply that says report it in game with all posible evidence…

I don’t question what the admin says their doing, but I am starting to question their truthfulness and dedication and maybe even their actual intentions to begin with. If people are showing you pictures of no duh it’s a bunch of bots running around, why close the thread and tell them to report it when obviously reporting isn’t satisfactory?(you know why it doesn’t satisfy people? because nothing is being done) What you should instead do is actually look into those names who are legible in the picture and ban them on the spot if they are suspiscious.

Another concern I have is, is there a way to get a refund for the game? I bought the game to try it out only to find this and a lot more disappointments

also thay remove them so they dont clutter kitten up

the game give’s you exactly what it said on the Tin, there for they have no obligation to give you a refund

You’ll also be disappointed on the forums. They are censoring Nazis here. Expect any thread that isn’t positive for ANet to be closed shortly after due to “running it’s course,” or “there are other threads of this type.”

Bro like almost all of those threads become flame wars that dont even stay on topic.

I think they spend more time closing threads than they do taking bots out of the game… I mean they’re a pretty big company with funds to help fight bots, they can take a more proactive approach such as maybe not allowing proxy IPs onto their servers, then collecting data as to what country those bots are mostly played from, then either A)completely banning those countries from the game or have a separate server dedicated for those countries …I mean seriously, you may not always be able to solve 100% of the problem, but I bet you they can contain it….yet they decide to act like they’re doing their best and just tells people to be patient..patience only gets you so far
