I forget but isn’t there a material that you can only creat once a day for something to do with making accended weapons and armor?

been gone awhile and totally forgot what it is and such

There are a couple of items that can only be crafted once per day; most are available on the TP. The full list is on the wiki at: time-gated

My advice to people who don’t want to wait and don’t want to overpay is:

• Put in aggressive buy orders for the things you want now.
• Use them when you need to.
• Continue to craft as often as you can and then…
• Sell off the same amount that you bought.

You’ll end up making a small profit or breaking even, thus eating your cake and having your coin, too.

ok, I have 500 craft I simply left for a minute and need a refresher. I am doing other things but whatever this mysterious item is I know you need it for every piece of accended armor

Here are the 4 time-gated components of ascended gear:

Glob of Elder Spirit Residue http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Glob_of_Elder_Spirit_Residue

These can then be refined into a trade-able (non-account-bound) state, which isn’t time gated:

Bolt of Damask http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bolt_of_Damask
Deldrimor Steel Ingot http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Deldrimor_Steel_Ingot

All but Damask can be used to make weapons.
All but Spiritwood can be used to make armour.

So if you’re asking about something that is time gated and is necessary to make all armour and weapons, there isn’t anything.

Big fan here now playing with my rl kid as chore rewards.. any who.. with the new lions arch and crafting re arranged does any one know if the laurel merchant that was removed ( which sold extended potions recipes ) has it been re established else where ? or are all these recipes gone now ?… I have got ingredients but the system wont even let me access them ??( well withing my crafting level ) do we use the forge now ? The wiki said it had been moved in the reno.. but where do we go now ?
