I noticed this yesterday during Quaggan rescue guild mission when one of my guildies used it underwater. It was the most beautiful thing I ever Quagganed.

Got an endless Green quaggan tonic. Looks more like yer an adult quaggan then. They have a bigger tale. Looks even better when u swim.
But yes, looked awesome when i discovered the swim animation
