if i erase a character with special outfits, are the outfits lost?

Gemstore outfits that you’ve bought are in your wardrobe in the outfit section of your Hero panel and your bank.

If you mean the ones that appear in the outfits tab of the wardrobe then no they’re not lost. They’re permanently unlocked across your whole account, so all your characters can use them and even if you delete a character that’s wearing one it’s saved.

If it’s a set of armour that’s on the equipment tab then that will be lost when they’re deleted. If you want to keep it then you need to put it into the bank first. (But be aware if it’s soulbound no other character on your account can wear it, even if they have the same name.)
