already entered in the serial code to acc but still no mail with lvl 80 boost and all the other stuff

The 80 boost will come in an additional shared slot, not in your mail. All the other pre-order items will come in the mail but you may need to wait a while. Mine arrived the next day, but I didn’t check that night so could have been earlier.

You get the lvl 80 boost via the shared inventory slots.

As for the bonus items, it just depends on which version you bought. If you just got the deluxe, the mail should be to you fairly quickly. You might have to log out and back in. Also might want to make sure you do not have an excess of old mails blocking the new mail from being sent.

If you bought the ultimate, it will take a few days to get your gems.
