i bought an armor set for a mage that was on fire i have been away from the game for a long time i have come back to find this is now missing could i please get some help its not even in wardrobe any more ? it was my favorite and cost me allot to get it

It’s hard to help you without knowing what specific armor, look up hellfire armor or Citadel of Flame armor and tell me if either of those ring a bell

Make sure that its not in your wardrobe, bank, or on any other character. If you do and still can’t find it, It would be best to submit a ticket about it, however since it was a while ago, they will need as much information to help you. Keep in mind it’s extremely hard to dig up something on a account that happend a while ago, so don’t get your hopes up. However if you provide good information they may be able to help you.

yeah iv been to every toon and bank 5 times and wardrobe but like i said its not even displayed in the wardrobe any more looks like they have removed it from game
it was like 800 gems when i bought it

What armor weight was it?

If it was light armor, they changed the way it looked because the female light armor was too close to human cultural armor.

Edit: go to your bank, then to the wardrobe section. Choose armor. At the top of the wardrobe is a search function. Type in flamewalker.

yep dont even show up its gone from the game it seems

well that was fast they put it in my mail BUT it says consumable so dose this mean i can only use this on one toon

One time with no cost for transmute charge like all other armor set in gem store. Should also unlock for wardrobe when do after. To use more time after when in wardrobe will cost transmute charge.

Flamewalker armors come in 3 sets with 6 parts, they aren’t outfits, like Zodiac armor.

yeah i spoke to them the one i bought at the time was an outfit the one they gave me is a transmog so i cant use it on the toon i had it on i bought it for my elli but now i cant use it on her

It’s hard to figure out what’s going on because your post doesn’t have certain information.

Support sent you a set of skins that have one use each. Did you use them already? Are you trying to use them a second time? How many Transmutation charges do you have?

The picture below shows how to apply skins from the wardrobe. If you have free skins to use such as the ones support sent you they will be on the top left above all the other skins on your wardrobe.

1. You select wardrobe on the hero panel
2. You click on the item you want to change the look of.
3. You select a skin from the wardrobe on the left side of the panel
4. You select Apply on the small panel on the upper right
5. You will need transmutation charges in order to apply most items in your wardrobe.

In the picture, the person has 67 Transmutation charges as seen on the small panel on the right. These charges may be bought from the gemstore or gotten free in game. One for mapping a city. Usually one for getting 100% map completion. PvP reward tracks give you 2 per track. You get 3 every 28 days that you log in as part of the daily login reward.

1) it’s not an outfit. It’s an armor skin set. You can apply each skin piece individually to each of your armor pieces. So you’re looking in the wrong spot if you were looking in your outfits. You should be in wardrobe.
2) this skin was never applied to your ele because it’s for medium armor only. Again it is not an outfit, outfits can be applied to any armor class. Armor skins can’t. There is a flame kissed set for light armor but it looks much different. It’s more “skimpy”
3) it’s possible that you transmuted these armor Skins out for something else and therefore erasing them before the wardrobe feature was implemented. Which would be why it disappeared. But it seems you are looking in The wrong spot. And you’re referring to the wrong armor class so not sure what is going on besides that you’re just a bit confused. Hopefully it’s more clear now.

ok i bought this from store style tab back when it was in there i had it on my elly then i took a brake from game due to the death of mum and dad when i did come back it was no longer an outfit and was gone i didnt over right anythink as i never used transmog

i spent 800 gems on an outfit but im guessing its all been changed at least i have transmog version they gave me

The Flamekissed Armor Skin was never an outfit; it was always six separate armor skins. And, if you hadn’t transmuted another two skins over those skins, it SHOULD have unlocked in your Wardrobe once the Wardrobe patch went in. I find it very odd that it didn’t. But regardless, it looks like you got the skins back, so yay for that.

Just to let you know OP. You’re confusing two different things

1) armor skins- that’s what you have. Has up to 6 different pieces and is mix and match with other armor of the same weight.
2) outfit- one piece only. Goes over armor and no mixing and matching. Almost all is from the gemstore. It’s a costume.
