@op no. Just direct damage. Same as protection boon which is a 33% reduction in direct damage.

It might, but no. It was 2 weeks worth of doing dungeons and world “bosses” till I got bored.
And I decided it was earned illegally since we clearly shouldn’t get rewards for doing content anymore. Just look at the latest patch, the DE’s don’t even give XP. Trash don’t drop anything, don’t care about champ train in starter zones but thats another type of content removed.
Add that to all the other DR systems in place and you have Gem Stores 2.
Could this thread get any more derailed??
To the OP vitality and hence more health is the only natural counter (not including reduction food/runes) to conditions. Toughness counters physical damage only.
